Mallu Cyber Soldiers (MCS) Since 2010: The Network Protocol
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
By registering for and accessing the Mallu Cyber Soldiers (MCS) community website (hereinafter referred to as "The Network"), you agree to abide by this Operational Mandate, which serves as the legally binding Terms and Conditions for membership. Your access is a privilege, not a right, contingent upon strict adherence to this protocol.
1.1. Access: Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the MCS Command Staff ("The Command"). The Command reserves the right to deny or revoke access without prior notification or explanation. 1.2. Verification: You agree to submit to the necessary vetting process. Failure to provide required verification signals will result in denial of access. 1.3. Pseudonymity: You must operate using a non-identifying Handle/Username. Real names or personal identifying information (PII) must not be used as your primary identity on The Network.
2.1. Data Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your access credentials. Any compromise must be reported immediately to The Command. 2.2. Information Protocol: All information, intelligence, tools, and code shared within The Network are classified as Internal Use Only unless explicitly designated otherwise by The Command. Disclosure of internal information to non-members is strictly prohibited and constitutes a grave security breach. 2.3. Attribution and Identity: You shall not, under any circumstance, compromise the anonymity or pseudonymity of any other member of The Network.
3.1. Illegal Activity (External): The Network is a platform for knowledge sharing, research, and collaborative security initiatives. The Network does not authorize, endorse, or instruct members to engage in illegal activities against unrelated targets. Members are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their respective jurisdictions. 3.2. Internal Integrity: You shall not attempt to penetrate, exploit, or disrupt the operation of The Network or the systems of any other member. This includes, but is not limited to, DDoS attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or malicious code deployment. 3.3. Respectful Engagement: While debate and technical critique are encouraged, hostile, abusive, or unnecessarily disruptive communication towards other members will result in disciplinary action.
4.1. Shared Resources: By contributing code, tools, or research to The Network, you grant The Command and fellow MCS members a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute that contribution internally for collective advancement. 4.2. Attribution: Any non-original content posted must be properly attributed to its source. Plagiarism or misattribution will not be tolerated.
5.1. "As Is" Basis: The Network and all content, tools, and resources provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. 5.2. No Guarantee: The Command does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or utility of any information shared by members. You assume all risk for relying on any information found on The Network. 5.3. Individual Responsibility: The Network is not liable for any actions, consequences, or legal liabilities incurred by individual members resulting from their use of information or collaboration facilitated by The Network.
6.1. Breach: Any violation of this Operational Mandate, particularly regarding OpSec (Section 2) or Internal Integrity (Section 3.2), constitutes a breach of protocol. 6.2. Termination: The Command reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your access without warning for any breach of this Mandate. In severe cases, The Command may take further action deemed necessary to protect The Network and its members.
By clicking 'I Agree' or accessing The Network, you acknowledge and accept this Operational Mandate in its entirety.
