Mallu Cyber Soldiers (MCS) Since 2010: Operational Funds

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

This document outlines the policy governing financial transactions, contributions, and the strict refund protocol for services, subscriptions, and financial contributions made to the Mallu Cyber Soldiers (MCS) community website (hereinafter referred to as "The Network").

1. Financial Contributions and Status

1.1. Nature of Fees: All funds transferred to The Network (whether labeled as membership fees, subscriptions, or donations) are classified as Operational Contributions. These funds are immediately allocated to essential network resources, infrastructure security, anonymity services, and maintenance costs required to sustain The Network's operation. 1.2. No Commercial Service: The Network operates primarily as a collective intelligence and OpSec platform, not a standard commercial service provider. Financial contributions are critical to maintaining the platform's security and independence.

2. The Refund Protocol (Strict Zero-Refund Policy)

2.1. Finality of Transaction: Due to the immediate allocation of funds to operational and security expenses, and the irrevocable access granted to sensitive internal intelligence and resources upon contribution, all financial transactions and operational contributions are final and strictly non-refundable. 2.2. No Prorating: If your access is terminated due to a breach of the Operational Mandate (Terms & Conditions), any remaining subscription time or unused contribution value will not be prorated or refunded. Termination is immediate and results in the forfeiture of all associated funds. 2.3. Exceptions (Command Discretion Only): Refunds may only be considered in the extremely rare event of a duplicate transaction error initiated by The Network's payment system, and this will be handled strictly at the sole and exclusive discretion of the MCS Command Staff.

3. Subscription/Access Termination

3.1. Member-Initiated Termination: If a member chooses to discontinue their access to The Network, their subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or full refund will be issued for the unused portion of the cycle. 3.2. System Failure: In the highly unlikely event that The Network is rendered permanently inaccessible due to a catastrophic, non-recoverable failure on the part of The Command (excluding external attacks, legal action, or force majeure), The Command may review an internal credit or partial refund protocol, provided such an action does not compromise operational security. This decision remains at the absolute discretion of The Command.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. Internal Protocol: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through an external financial institution without first engaging with The Network’s internal financial protocol will be treated as a direct hostile action against The Network. 4.2. Consequence of Chargeback: Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all Network access and any affiliated accounts, as it compromises the financial OpSec required to sustain the platform.

By completing a transaction with The Network, you acknowledge and irrevocably accept this Zero-Refund Protocol.
